Late Night Writing 4 - In all the World

The sea never seems to end
just like these memories of you
I wish I could bring you out to open water
so you can see what goes on inside of me

You always did love your forests
and you always loved every animal of the kingdom
you were akin to mother earth
at least that's what I see...

You reminded me that we all have wings 
to fly on the dreams we held dear
I need your breath to move me form
where I stand in place

I can't make you go away
Despite its all in ashes
I want to be born again
but I'm only human, i'm no phoenix
